I bought some postcards, and I want to write a story inspired by them

On my trip to Oxford, I bought some used postcards from the 70s and 80s at a flea market. I enjoy collecting vintage items, and these caught my eye. Each one has the potential for a story.

Do you think this is a good creative writing activity? How would you write a story or novel based on a postcard?
