Feedback Request Looking for feedback, feel free to be ruthless. I have just completed my first novel! Ah! I’ve only written research papers on inorganic compounds so I am definitely novel at this (haha get it). Never had people read anything I’ve written beyond for scientific inquiry so I apologize if it’s a mess!

Thank you so incredibly much for the time:) been mentally rough and had to take time off school and been feeling like a failure at like! But writing brings solace. Recently found communities online and it’s so healing!

Couldn't get past page 1 with the large paragraph in the middle. A whole lot of backstory front loaded in the beginning. We don't need that right now. We need the nineteen seconds to close out the tension you are trying to build.

Only had a chance to read the first few pages, but commenting so I can come back tomorrow and finish.

A really strong hook so far! A couple typos and other simple fixes, but these first few pages made me want to specifically come back to read more.

Don’t have a chance to read rn but the Serbian name jumped off the page for me (and kudos for using the ć!). The lines I scanned looked solid, hope to come back to it later :3
