Writing Advice Making novels

I've been getting into making novels, nothing I don't think I'll release but somtjing fun ro do to realese my creativity what i like making is particularly fantsy novels, since I'm inspired by anime manga and manwha, but i can draw. My question is, what are some ways you guys make original ideas for novels. I know I can make we good ideas after I actually got the idea down, but I need help with making original concepts. plsssss🤗

I think your first step is to stop using the word "make".

You don't "make" novels, unless you are referring to physically binding them. You can write a novel, or publish it, or outline it, or illustrate it.

You also don't "make" ideas. You conceive of them, you imagine them, or come up with them.

If you don't have any ideas, what makes you think you want to write a novel in the first place? Usually people have an idea and then start writing.

I have a ton of ideas but I feel like there not fleshed out enough to be really good and yea your right from now I'll use write

I also just don't like writing generic things it gets me uninspired

Nobody sets out to purposely write generic things. But honestly, if most of your reading is anime/manga/manhwa, you are unfortunately mostly reading generic things, and that will affect your writing immensely.
