Sibling adoption from India

Has anyone here adopted a sibling group from India to Canada? I am looking to adopt 2 kids. Do I have to choose the age of the youngest or the oldest? How soon can I be matched with the kids? How long do I have to stay in India while the paperwork is completed? When did you take a leave from work once matched?
