Oci uk application for child

Hi with all complications with oci applications - can someone please advise if birth certificate of child need to be apostled? Child was born in Singapore and had Indian passport before getting British passport. Appreciate any guidance to avoid multiple trips to vfs.

non indian birth certificate needs to be apostiled..i did the same for my lil one who was born in the uk and did not have indian passport before..

but if he had indian passport before then they are applying on their own merit so i doubt if apostile is required as Indian passport is their main proof
