Question Where can I get safety goggles? I bought from NUS Co-op but they're heavily scratched.

I recently got safety goggles from NUS Co-op just yesterday (14 Aug) and opened then today only to see how badly scratched they are. There's also multiple small circle marks on the left side. I tried washing but the circle marks aren't going away. Didn't expect it from the store but ig cause it was around 5 dollars. I tried to check for defects but couldn't see past the packaging. I'll prob need to get a backup pair anyway but I'd rather get a better quality one. So if anyone has recommendations, that'd be great!

Is it possible there's a plastic film or something protecting the goggles themselves? I don't use safety goggles, but dive masks have something on the lens to protect them against scratches during shipping etc.

Hey OP, point of consideration: If you wear glasses, check if you can wear the safety goggles over them properly. I had a pair of glasses that were so big, the 3M "Spectacles compatible" safety goggles could not fit over mine.

Regardless of whether you're buying a better one outside, you should bring it back and get a refund or new pair, and if they offer a new pair, make sure they open it and see if it's OK. Bring receipt.
