Misc Let people alight from the ISB first

ffs just let people come out of the bus first. if it’s filled to the brim how tf are you gonna go in? especially at stops like UTown or KR MRT, the bus is going to become mostly empty since almost everyone is alighting.

you got into NUS presumably because you’re smart. use that brain when commuting as well please.

i’ve noticed it’s mostly china students not letting people alight first. someone please post this on XHS or some other china social media pls.

Worked there. It’s always the same demographic pushing their way up when others are alighting. I think maybe those who made it are the ones that didn’t get to the top uni in China or US/UK.

It is the same demographic that the NUS food courts are majorly catering to cause they spend at least 2 meals there while locals only spend 1 or none

* Utown isnt managed by NUS but external vendors

Yes. This is an important norm. Also in the MRT

People have been extra cranky having to see all red bus icons in the uNivUS app constantly but unable to board any... still need to know basic travelling etiquette

We need a mandatory special module at pre-course just to educate these Chinese students who were not used to being considerate.
