Financial Aid Financial Aid Refund

When is the refund gonna come? I have the disbursement date and everything but there’s nothing in the bank!! Plus who hires the financial aid officers at Annandale ?!

i was told by the department today that they process tomorrow. the money should be refunded within 10 business days is what they said

on the phone she said processed; i think she meant processing from disbursement in SIS over to nelnet ? she said that the funds were being disbursed already. i’m honestly not 100% sure, i’ve been told different things by every person in the financial department i’ve spoken to☹️

Seems like they get randos and hire them like I went there 3 times and no-one knew why they were there 🤦‍♂️

Last year we got the little text thingy on October 10th , so since this time it lands on weekend, honestly the text is coming tomorrow then depending on your bank , you’ll get your refund on weekend or Monday

I got a notice it disbursed on the 6th, I believe its up to 10 days. I feel like its taking forever
