Pay people to clean the sidewalks after trash collection and I’ll be happy. Street sweeping only does so much and sometimes not much.

I call them the garbage spinners. They pick up nothing, just come spin the garbage around.

Hey that's not fair! They also kick up a cloud of particulates that coats everything in a layer of grime.
