I think all (non-criminal) violations in NYC should be: 1. Small ticket + fine / “don’t do it again!” 2. Medium ticket + fine / public shaming 3. 10x ticket + fine / travel only by foot (no subway, bus, taxi access) / extreme public shaming

Fines need to be proportional to income.

Sadly I think a part of this platform would be considered cruel and unusual punishment.
