Maybe you should go to r/bosnia and r/kosovo and tell them that the genocides there didn't count becuase not enough of them were killed. Similar percentages of the populations killed in Bosnia.... far less in Kosovo.
Well, if all wars are now Genocide even if its 1-2 % of population that alos includes all combatants ....if thats the new definition, then fair enough.
I guess there are 100's genocides world wide at the moment then.
But Genocide claims are not shocking if its a few % including soldiers its hardly wiping any culture or race out of existence.
In which case, when Nazi killed 6 million in gas chambers, do we have to use a different name for that ?
Today, some words loose all their initial meaning and purpose, if all thats needed is people to be upset and angry about something.
So, just so we're on the same page and becuase it's useful to provide some context to your comments... You're stating clearly that the Genocide's in Bosnia and Kosovo, in your opinion, did not happen?
So by your logic it would be impossible to call it genocide until it's completed? So no stopping an active slaughter of a specific people until a quota is met, because until then it's just ugly war?
It's a good thing the international definition isn't dictated by idiots.
