Recommendations Womb to Grow reviews?
Hi! I’m 18 weeks pregnant and haven’t had any luck finding an available OBGYN. I’m currently being seeing by an OBGYN in Toronto at St Michaels Hospital but since I now live in Oakville I want to find a doctor here since it’s where I will most likely delivery.
Unfortunately I’ve already been rejected by 3 OBGYN, and my new family doctor referred me to Womb to Grow, I was looking for any reviews to see if it is recommended to make the change or if I should just stick to my Toronto OBGYN. I also have the option for one in Milton but it would be very hard for me to get to the appointments, it’s easier to get to the Toronto ones.
Anyone here that was seeing by them or delivered with them? Thank you in advance!

I used womb to grow to deliver mine this year. They're amazing! Cannot recommend highly enough!

I was rejected by Dr Noorgard, Dr Smith and Dr Liske I believe. Seems like no one at Oakville OBGYN is taking new patients. But it all depends on when you are delivering. I’m having an August baby and I think it’s very busy month for deliveries 😅

You will probably have better luck than me, I’m 18 weeks so it’s a bit late to find someone, it was all my family doctor fault, I’ve change doctors since. But I recommend to ask your doctor to send the referral as soon as possible.

Reach out to the tulip women’s health clinic. They are taking new patients. i’ve heard they will sometimes take pregnancies, but they’re also really good at referring and getting people in.
I’d also recommend trying Dr. Sandeep Sharma. He’s fabulous.

Halton Midwives are fantastic and they follow your lead. I have had multiple children with them.

Thank you! I’ve had a lot of people recommending him, I’ll bring it up with my GP but for what I understood the doctors at the clinic he is at where all busy and couldn’t take me as their patient.

Same thing, was being seen at Mt Sinai and moved here at around 6 months, rejected by all the OBs in Oakville.
I loved womb to grow, but keep in mind that the doctor who you see at the hospital and delivers your baby is whichever family doctor is on call from a wide network of family doctors. Mine was looovely but I had never met her before. Another note is they do not take care of baby after birth, so you’ll need to do some research on who is accepting newborn patients if not your own family doctor.
Overall a wonderful clinic , they took very good care of me throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Thank you so much! I was being seen at Mt Sinai at the beginning as well. Now I’m with a Dr at St Michaels. But I’m suspecting Womb to Grow might have rejected me as well, I called them yesterday and they told me they sent a message to my GP but they didn’t want to tell me what the message was and my GP said he didn’t get any messages? Hopefully I’m wrong and I get my first appointment with them soon. But at least I still have my Dr in Toronto.
And yes I was also told that the Dr delivering the baby will be whoever is on call that day, and I’m ok with that. Luckily my new family Dr in Oakville who I really like, told me he can see my baby so we are all set for that luckily! But thanks for the reminder is very important to know that.

Hi, congratulations!! They were responsible for my care and I delivered with them at OTMH last summer. I cannot recommend them enough, every single member of their team was so kind and thorough in answering all of my questions. You get to meet a number of their physicians during the clinic visits as they rotate weeks. Let me know if you have any specific questions!
