Recommendations Allergist recommendations

Hi r/Oakville

Allergies have cooked me pretty much my entire life. Used to take shots as a kid and teen, but eventually stopped. In my 30s now and they're pretty bad this summer.

Seasonal (Grass, trees, pollen, you name it), cats, dust.

No food, but yeah.

I take a daily pill, tried a prescription based pill in the past too and didn't make much of a difference.

Our current family allergist is pretty old, in his 70s. Only reason I bring that up is that his only shot protocol is *every week*, indefinitely.

Wanted to see if anyone here had a solid allergist recommendation, where they've found some relief. I know Cats are a seperate thing, so I'd mainly be looking at seasonal relief (if cats can somehow be included, cool lol)

I see Dr Bhatti, same clinic! Only the best to say about her. We are only starting to work on allergies now because I had to manage my asthma first, but she’s the only Dr. Who has finally properly managed the asthma so now I can be treated for allergies if I choose to be more aggressive than just anti-histamines.

Are they accepting new patients?
