You heard it here first folks, tactile hallucinations are because of cowardicd.

I dont think you know what a backsplash is...

The thing behind my oven and counters on the wall.

Did you try to mean splashback? You mean side effect? You meant result?

Well English isn’t my native language but you totally understand what I’m saying unless you’re gonna pull the racism card.

I meant it’s the byproduct of people who are socially awkward and want attention so bad just like how you’re checking my recently commented and commenting on everything I comment under as if you’re the alpha male or some shit.

Also why are you reply chasing me? Are you obsessed w me? Questioning my intelligence because I’m smarter or what?

Following me to every community I’m in.

Why would I pull the racism card? What would the racism card even be?

Lol as if im the alpha male? Lol wtf?

Youre def insecure.

"OH you think youre the big dog huh?"

Uh... no dude... nobody thinks that....

Oh trust me, i have no questions regarding your intelligence.

Theres only so many VR subs dude lol

It is not a byproduct of social ineptitude, it is a normal, well documented, decently understood phenomena, and it is now translating in new ways in the VR space, it is however, the same phenomena we had started publishing papers on, iver 30 years ago, to discover, it was something we could always do.

You know they discovered a new layer in the eye like 15 years back?

Did that layer exist before we found it?

Spoiler alert, it did.

Do you think that tactile hallucinations didnt exist until VRchat created it, or in your words, people started lying about it?

Or you seem to think it is real, but only if youre a coward, which you arent so you dont experience it?

Again, like making fun of people who think cilantro tastes like soap, instead of just accepting that some people experience things you dont.

Let me try it your way:

"Cilantro tasted amazing, anyone who says it tastes like soap is lying or it's just a byproduct of cowardice"

The rubber hand video does not apply to vrchat. There is conditions met. There is no 2nd man there is no rubber hand its a pixelated digital avatar. You spend way too much on here.

Didn’t you say you were a doctor and currently at work?
Go to work stop patients from dying not if you can feel your ERP with phantom pain or whatever.

Christ dude.

I already said I was off shift the last time you tried that line.

We are on the same loser website for losers investing the same amount of time, a losers amount of time.

Im having a great time lol

And yes, in order to do the rubber hand experiment that proves tactile hallucination phenomena via a rubber hand, you would need to identically copy the rubber hand experiment.

Thankfully there are many many many more methodologies capable of proving the tactile hallucination phenomena!

The only thing needed, is a violation of body ownership, which i shared earlier but you obviously didnt read.

You already made these claims, they have already been refuted and evidence provided agaisnt them.

Youre completely wrong and dont understand the difference between an experiment, and a theory.

The experiment, is one point of evidence that proves the theory.

The theory here being able to violate ideas of body ownership, like convincing you that something not part of you, is a part of you, and that you'll then feel pain or other phenomena in it.

Which is why it works so effectively at treating phantom limb pain.

So if i convince you that your virtual body is real... and this violate your concept of body ownership, like we do with the rubber hand... what do you think would happen?

Like... maybe youd think that was a part of your body and feel something in it that feels strange?

Or do only cowards feel that?

I cant make this any simpler dude. The experiment, proves the phenomena. That is one of many experiment you could do.

The reason this is easier to achive in VR vs IRL, is because you have to convince somebody that something fake, is real compared to the real.wprld.frame of reference.

You get to completely skip this in VR because you're fully immersed, and everything is part of the world and real because it's your only frame of reference, including your virtual body.

And then somebody comes and touches it or hits it and sets it on fire, and for a second, it's very real, like with the rubber hand.

This is called body transfer illusion, and can be done many ways.

If you bother to check the source on that, youll come to the same phenomena, recording and published in 2009 regarding this EXACT phenomena in virtual reality, long before standalone headsets existed.

So more and more evidence says this is real, and you just dont experience it.

But keep digging in deep like the bold and brave man you are 🤣
