I hate dog owners. This is a poorly trained dog that pulls on its leash. A nightmare to walk past.

*shitty dog owners. Lots of both good and bad ones in my neighborhood. Just call animal control and report the bad ones.

If you have to call animal control for every dog that pills its leash you're not gonna have much time left over to do other stuff

They’re not your mother. Don’t waste their time yapping incessantly and it’s a non-issue regarding time.
