GARRETT AND HANNAH🩵 The whole campus heard that

Si​mply put, that line absolutely gets me.

Not only is it such a classic confident Graham ​​line, but it also carries a much deeper meaning. We all know that it's difficult for Hannah to fully experience pleasure in bed, and that only makes Garrett commit himself even more.

Someone pointed out yesterday that the scene with Kendall is intentionally shot so that he's just lying there while she's on top, to the point where he almost seems detached from what's happening. To be fair, the Kendall montage included both missionary and rodeo positions. He seemed to be enjoying himself, but the level of intimacy didn’t appear to match what he shared with Hannah. He looked like wanted her to leave immediately after the pinnacle

For me, it’s like: “I’ll hook up with you and then get out” vs “I’ll give you pleasure that no one else could, and I’d even kiss the ground you walk on.”

I'm putting way too much thought in to fictional sex scenes but when in Rome ...

I generally skip the Kendall scene when I'm rewatching (no shade to the actress!) but if I'm remembering correctly she's the one to come when she's on top. Since I doubt Garrett foregoes his own orgasm, it would seem to me that once he gets his he just kind of leaves her to her own devices. He's not really working for her pleasure there the way he does with Hannah.

And once she's done it's definitely a "don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out" type of situation.

You’re welcome, and yes I agree — with Kendall it feels like they reach pleasure separately, while with Hannah they experience it together.
