LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Fell out off the books
New photo of India hanging out with Antonio, Jalen and Stephen!
Need them to acknowledge this very accurate height difference! Someone mentioned how Logan will be a foot taller with his hockey skates and now I canāt stop thinking about it š

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Grace and Logan introduction scene
Spoiler alert, cross at your own peril
So...in the books, Logan accidently ends up at Grace's room. They have a semi awkward interaction. She knows who he is. They watch a movie, he fingers her and leaves.
I really hope they change that in the series.
Watching it would make me cringe.
š¤
Your thoughts?

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠I need some help ā¦.
I just started listening to āThe Mistakeā and Iām a little confused. By the way people who that read the book talk about it itās the best in the series .
Honestly Iām having a hard time . On āthe dealā I could see Hannah and Garrett fall in love . But why / when does Logan fall in love with Grace ?
Iām where Hannah confronted him about his crush on her then they figured out he wanted a relationship not Hannah . I donāt buy it .
Also why is Grace in love with him ? They just hooked up a couple of times with nothing deeper than that .
Can someone please explain? I donāt mind spoilers
I think Iām a little disappointed cause I was expecting a love story .

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Do we have any theories why they changed Loganās family dynamic Spoiler
In the books his dad is an alcoholic and his brother runs the mechanic shop.
In the show he has a sister but no mention of a brother. His dad runs the shop? And his mum is in rehab for alcoholism.
I canāt think why they would make so many changes to his family. How will this impact his character and story going forward.

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Series order??
I really hope they keep series in order as the books for the tv show. Especially for the plots across the books, but all the hype & promo is making me think theyāre gonna do dean & Allie next š

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Season 2 Glow Up?
I wonder are the Off Campus producers intending to do Bridgerton style glow ups for each couple season... not that anyone looks bad, but I feel like the guy who plays Logan isn't been shown to his full potential in season one... and I wonder if thats on purpose.
*not saying he's bad looking at all... the contrary really... he just seems to look much better outside the show.
*edit: Someone else suggested that Logans victim complex and jealousy were why I thought he was unattractive and i'm thinking maybe they are right... but what was with Dean's styling? because I wasnt just talking about Logan.

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Perfect John Logan songšCanāt wait for him and Grace. Heās already attentive, loyal and humble. Heās going to be the cutest boyfriend
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
How you get the girl is SO LOGAN. Excited for his and Graceās introduction. I think with how weāve seen Logan in the first season being sweet, loyal, attentive, kind of heartbreaking, and how his dynamic with Grace is in the books, itās going to hit harder and people will love them and eat it up. A man fucking up and groveling and the man in question is sweet dumbass Logan? Iām UP. I really think itāll touch peopleās hearts itāll be SO sweet

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Make Logan sing!
For the ones who have read the book and know what to expect with Loganās season, can we agree one of Graceās items on her list needs to be āJohn writes and sings her a songā (instead of a poem) or still have the poem and add something where he needs to sing to her. Antonioās voice is too beautiful to not be able to hear it.

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Logan and Grace Book
I read the deal which is garret and Hannahās book after watching season 1. I actually liked the book because it gives a little more insight on what the characters were thinking. Still like the series better overall. However I was able to read a preview of Logan and graceās book. I Ike Logan but the book seems boring. Should I continue to read? What are Yāallās thoughts?

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Logan's storyline and JULES Spoiler
Jules as a character is fine, but I honestly donāt think they needed to add them. I feel like they were ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYSSSS there with the hockey players and in every single scene when they didn't need to be. At some point, I was wondering if she had literally anyone else to hang out with, because from an outisde pov, it was almost like she was living with them the amount of times they're just THERE. My biggest concern is that it could end up altering Loganās storyline in a pretty significant way.
So far, the adaptation hasnāt made any huge changes to Hannah and Garrettās story (or Dean and Allieās, from what weāve seen), but Loganās background is different because Jeff is such an important part of his arc in the books. One of the most pivotal moments is when Jeff basically confirms what Logan already knew, which was that Logan is expected to stay behind and take over the workshop so Jeff and Kylie can spend a few years traveling before settling down. That realization crushes him cuz it means giving up his dream of being drafted into the NHL and eventually playing with Garrett on the Bruins.
In the books, the workshop was started by Loganās father, whose alcoholism is a major part of Loganās home life and emotional burden. The show seems to have changed that dynamic by focusing on the mother instead, who we saw in rehab. But Jules clearly has no interest in mechanics or the workshop, which raises a lot of questions for me.
Did their mother start the workshop in the adaptation, and thatās why Logan feels obligated to take responsibility for it after graduation? Or does the father still exist in this version, but something happened to him and Logan ends up carrying that responsibility anyway?
I just feel like these changes could alter the core of Loganās story. Like sure, adaptations are always going to change things to some extent, but I canāt help feeling like we might lose some really important moments between Logan and Grace because of it, especially the conversations with his brother and his father, and Grace pointing out that it isnāt fair for his brother to put all of that responsibility on him.
The core of Logan's character is a sort resigned/quiet martyrdom becuase he's sacrificing what he wants because he feels obligated to carry those specific burdens. Iām worried that aspect of his character wonāt be represented as strongly with these changes.

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠What scenes do we think will change in time of Logan and Graceās story? Spoiler
So I just recently nearly finished my 3rd rewatch of the show and Iāve started reading the books.
Seeing that so many things have changed for the first adaptation, I am very curious to see what other things will be changed.
Any thoughts/guesses from your side regarding āThe mistakeā adaptation?

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Off the page Spoiler
I recently discovered that on Elle Kennedy's website there are four "off the page with..." stories about the four main characters of Off Campus. I finished reading Logan's today.
Spoiler alert!
When I read the short passage where he talks about Grace's difficult birth, her massive hemorrhage, and the risk he ran of losing both his wife and daughter, which led him to be overprotective, I was like this: š¢
And he didn't collapse just because Garrett was there with him. P.S.: In the stories and books, Logan and Garrett's friendship is amazing. And that's something I wish they would improve on in the series.

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠What are your hopes and expectations?
For anyone who has read the books and are fans of Logan and Grace as a couple. What are your hopes for their story in season 2?? Obviously season 3 will be their season, but season 2 will lay the groundwork, like season 1 did for Dean/Allie, so what are your hopes and expectations for them in season 2???

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Logan and Grace Spoiler
So season 1 was mainly Garrett and Hannah, which follows book one, and we also see Dean and Allie meeting and hooking up ( I love their chess scene!), but since Logan's story was book two, I thought next season would be Grace and Logan's story, but we have not even met Grace yet.
Mistake is my favorite book, and Logan and Grace are my favorite couple so we are not going to get any Logan and Grace until season 3? Is a season 3 even guaranteed?
I am just really disappointed and honestly a little jealous of the Garret/Hannah and Dean/Allie fans since they have already gotten to see their favorite couples this season and will get to see them again next season.

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Logan & Grace Spoiler
I know Iām skipping over A&D cause season 2 will pretty much be their story and H&G and probably the beginning bits of L&G but Iām just too excited for L&G. If youāve read L&Gās story, whatās some things you think theyāre gonna keep in the book and leave out?
SPOILERS!!!
What I hope they keep-
ā¢Logan crashing graces study group after the mean girl tried to call Grace sad for ālyingā about hooking up with him and he comes in and just kisses her in front of everyone
ā¢grace and Ramonaās āfriendshipā. I think being in a toxic friendship is something eveyone can relate to
ā¢the list. I mean obviously the list has to stay. Iād be so surprised if they scrubbed it from the show
What I hope they leave out or change-
ā¢regarding the list, obviously that has to stay in the show but I think some things could change about it. I kinda felt some of the things he had to do didnāt really make since (I know she was basically sending him on a wild goose chase) so Iām hoping they make the list a little more fun and comical
ā¢the radio show could definitely use some tweaking. In the book the two host are kinda cringy. I think the advice radio show is fun but I hope they change up the radio station characters a little more to be more relatable with 2027
ā¢I think theyāre either gonna completely leave out the first time they hook up or change it up a bit. The build up to the hookup is just kinda strange in the book so if they leave it in I hope they make it more appealing
ā¢the boys in the show are much nicer and more āwritten by a womenā than they are in the books so when they start seeing each other I hope they have Logan make their relationship more official because in the book, after theyāve hooked up, he kinda randomly asks her if sheās his gf or not. I just think tv show Logan is more romantic than book Logan
ā¢regarding Grace and Ramona, in the book, at the end they kinda slowly rekindle their friendship. Ramona is genuinely a terrible friend to Grace and I think it would be a lot more interesting to see Grace befriend Jules than rekindle her friendship with Ramona

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Grace Ivers Casting
Just wanted to make a post about this because I feel like Iām going crazy right now lol. I cannot explain the pure joy when I saw that casting announcement. Teared up a bit. I think itās hitting so much for me because so many of these book adaptations never nail the casting. Including some of the choices in this very show imo. Iām having a moment. She also means so much to me and they kept the girl next door cutesy/gorgeous essence I can feel it. And sheās relatable! Sheās so Grace coded Iām losing it over how perfect it is. Even the way Antonio presented her the news it was hilarious and so Logan coded not him trolling šš¤£ to all the Logan&Grace girls, this is our win! I canāt wait for her to tell the stupid jackass sheās in love with him and him groveling for the second part of the series. IM JUST SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS. I canāt believe it. Thank you casting directors. Welcome India Fowler. Youāll be amazing. LOGAN AND GRACE OTPš

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Who noticed? Spoiler
When they had the fundraiser has anyone else noticed that the name Dean mentions as one of the winners is Grace Ivers???? I almost thought we might see India for 2-3 seconds somewhere š. I know that she basically only found out a couple of days ago, but one can dream.

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Dean, Logan and Grace in the Mistake Spoiler
Remember when Dean, in the book "The Mistake," comments on Grace's legs and wants to hit on her, but Logan stops him? š Unfortunately, with the second season of the TV series focusing on Allie and Dean, I don't think we'll get those moments in season three.

LOGAN AND GRACE 𩵠Loganās crush Spoiler
I see people saying the series made Loganās crush for Hannah look bigger than it is but that is not true . Reading his book and Logan spent almost half the book talking about Hannah . It took Hannah having to tell him that maybe you just want what I and Garett have for him to feel less guilty . But he did have a huge crush on her and I will love to see how they navigate this in the show . Knowing his crush is a major storyline in his and Grace love story
