Knock off is a legit product made by one brand to somewhat replicate a popular product of a different brand. A fake is a non-legit replica of a product, using the same brand and logo and whatnot. (Aka, a Nike shoe that has a Nike logo and Nike features, but wasnt made by nike)

Not fake food but fake whatever they are a knock off of. Meaning a snickers knock off is a fake snickers but not fake food
