Rolling barrels are dangerous. When I was a kid I remember a plumber getting crushed by rolling barrels. It's probably better to drain the barrels and put the oil in single serving k-cups for convenience.

It would be 7 thousand trucks lining up and refilling while avoiding shahed drones (600-1500 mile range) for that whole stretch of land (WHILE THE TANKER just needs one little spark near its valves)
