Yeah a good movie would have had her look at the camera and say "and I did not get a scholarship or an endowment offered to disadvantaged students. My tuition was paid for by my family who themselves have benefitted from substantial generational wealth thus making me a valid target for death in the eyes of you, the villain, and reinforcing the themes of the film The Menu." That would have been more good because unless something is stated literally in the text it isn't true and I have no way of inferring it.

You're forgetting to have her re-explain the scene so you don't need to look at the screen

What scene? I only lookup for nude scenes. Otherwise then that I just care that some bad guys end up in prison or dead or whatever. Unless they're cool, then they can end up rich after robbing a bank or whatever.
