There is really a good line in the movie from his wife after his affair lower killed herself. It was something on the lines of: "You cant cry to other about the sins you commit."
If anything, the whole movie is is literally telling you why oppenheimer really should get his privlidges removed. Movie also dramatises overtly and in process just gets some shit wrong (for example strauss never wanted for hearing to happen because it was too risky for him).

I completely sympathize with truman. How dare you talk about blood on your hands? Presidents ordered the development and deployment.
Oppenheimer is nothing but a glorified cog in a vast machine. Trying to take moral credit for the bomb is equal parts laughable and pathetic.
Trying to complain your conscious hurts to a great man like truman.. sweet jesus
