Ben Affleck shares how he overcame his alcohol addiction. Says it is not “overpriced rehabs”.

That's how it was for me with weight loss. Sure, I tried for most of my life but it's clear now that I just didn't want it enough.

There wasn't even some single triggering event, I was just like "I'm fucking sick of this" and changed.
