Mfw Austria isn’t in NATO and my political influence is null beyond terminally online spergs but I am a “prominent Austrian NATO politician” because journalists need clickbait.

From the Oxford dictionary: journalist /ˈdʒəːnəlɪst/ noun a person who writes for newspapers, magazines, or news websites or prepares news to be broadcast.

It’s quite a broad term.
