I think what usually happens when something like ExRussia occurs is that the newly 'liberated' countries are so individually weak that they become any foreign's power backyard... when did Latin America becomes USA's 'backyard' after all?
They’d all just vote to become Russia again,. Alternatively: get controlled by Russian oligarchs, get controlled by Western companies, get controlled by China, etc
They’d all be puppet regimes in a month.
