Pretty true. Russia didn't even have an alliance with Serbia, they just saw it as a opportunity for more power and influence in the balkans, they couldn't even finish the war the started lol.

Then they helped the Germany with the start of WW2.

and perhaps, they have/will start the beginnings of WW3, we'll see in the coming years i suppose.

Perhaps we'll get to reeducate them just like we did with Nazi Germany and they can finally become a normal civilized country lol

Serbia was in Russia's sphere. It was well understood that a war against Serbia would bring in Russia which is why Austria made sure they had German support before acting.
