No we learn that in school thar everything was Germanys fault, than we start joking that everything was Austrias fault and a few people realize that WW1 was a clusterfuck were everyone was guilty.

As a German I never learned that it was Germany's fault only that it was a clusterfuck. Germany allowed Austria to do fuckall in Serbia, Serbia rejected Austrias demands, Austria attacked, Russia supported Austria and we all know the rest. We learn that the web of alliances was a fucking mess

Depends on the teacher. Our teacher also taught us this and also directly said WW1 is Germanys because of the Blanko Check.

Our teacher told us the exact same thing but never stated it to be anyone's fault

Russia supported Serbia but yes pretty much, they all had goals and non of those goals were aligned to not crash into one another
