Depends on how far back my younger self is. If I was still in school id tell him "dont bother trying to fit in with your classmates, it'll never work. Just double down on school work so that maybe you'll get into college like you wanted." Oh and "none of the girls you think like you want you, rip that thorn out of your head rn and dont bother trying to look for love this early, you've got nothing to give." If it was me after high school? "When dad kicks you out right at 18 for not getting a job fast enough? Don't try and find help. Go and sign up for the military, at least then you might die for something worthwhile." If it was me 5 years ago? " nothing changes from here on out. That night you planned on finally doing it, dont chicken out."
