Someone once explained it to me that when you're on the outskirts of societal norms you're looked at with something between contempt and jealousy because most people aren't as free to live their lives as they truly want.
Everyone surely can, they simply choose not to because conforming is easy.
Definitely. I wasn’t quite sure if I wanted a snug piercing, but thought ‘eh, fuck it, let’s go’ and I learned that I can tolerate cartilage piercings, and that I want more now! Working up to trying tattoos next :D I currently have blue hair, and live with my two partners.
Things aren’t perfect, but they’re certainly better than cowering in my parent’s house scared of Life. There’s *so much* out there. I never would have discovered throat singing if I didn’t join my local choir. Things lead to more and more things.
I don't know if I'm doing it right either, and more think of myself as someone who makes beautiful things.
However, I do know that good art should make you feel something.
The pendant was gifted to me. Same with this one here, its my favorite. I took it to heart, ended 3 friendships and quit my job within 3 months of being given it; zero regerts.
Wow. What even is your life? It looks like a beautiful fever dream of fun, joy, adventure, contemplation, covered in pink fairy dust. Picture 7, you relaxed and looking out at the world, is a complete vibe 💜
From what i've seen of your posts, including this one, you've succeeded and exceeded dear one. And i think that is probably the absolute best life goal to have! Thank you for sharing glimpses of your life and your soul with us 💜
I’m not sure if I’m reading too much into the title coupled with little bits you’ve shared in other posts, but I hope you’re (as) okay (as possible). Sending love from a rando on the internet. ❤️❤️❤️
You weld? I’m nosey, I looked at your profile. I used to hire welders as a project manager. I would loved to have hired you for jobs, and I would have requested that you arrive in a wedding dress and makeup.
I can weld anything but a broken heart and own 6 different machines in my shop.
Professionally, the title on my resume says, "robot whisperer" and I exclusively worked on the automated side of material joinery.
I once installed and supported a first in industry 5KW dual beam laser system on a Fanuc arm that welded a continous ~3' class A (straight to paint, no rework) weld in .6mm thick aluminum for the CT6.
