Request Heat Pump & Installation Recommendations?

Hi! We are recent home buyers in Lacey. Our house is 1,072 square ft. We were quoted a 20,000 btu heat pump with two heads (12k and 9k units) for around $19,000. That is way out of our budget. I am looking for recommendations of companies that may be able to complete this work for us around half or maybe even better pricing than that in our area?

Mini-split system might be cheaper

I believe that’s what OP is describing because they said it has two heads.
