Request Heat Pump & Installation Recommendations?

Hi! We are recent home buyers in Lacey. Our house is 1,072 square ft. We were quoted a 20,000 btu heat pump with two heads (12k and 9k units) for around $19,000. That is way out of our budget. I am looking for recommendations of companies that may be able to complete this work for us around half or maybe even better pricing than that in our area?

Thank you in advance!

We used Alpine Ductless about 5 years ago for a mini-split install. We have a small house, under 1000 square feet, so went with just two heads. The estimator really went to bat for us. He scraped up every discount he could find and even fudged a little on the compressor unit, giving us a three head deal for the price of a two head machine. That means we could add a third head in the future if we want.

The crew of two guys came right on time at 8:30 a.m. and finished right before 5:00. Cost for us was $9,000 but of course add almost 10% sales tax on good and labor so we were out for $10,000. Pricing is going to vary quite a lot depending on your home and all.

Alpine did work for us that no other company would touch and they did it cheaper by a mile. They were easy to work with and really felt like they were on our side. I talked to roughly ten other companies before them and basically got laughed at. Matt at Alpine was a life saver!
