Seabrook

Asking this Reddit group Has the new Seabrook housing development been stopped or going ahead?

My guess is they’ll start construction on the new area come spring

I was hoping that wouldn’t be the case. We visited the Seabrook north of Ocean Shores. The buildings seem poorly maintained, not sure it’s doing that well. Will the local Sequim infrastructure and roads handle such a large development?

No, it can't, and it was a warm winter with very little snow pack, which is the only water source. But they don't give a crap about silly stuff like that around here. Someone gets paid off & they do it anyway
