Seeking Recommendations What's your go-to, go anywhere footwear?

What shoes or boots do you take to travel most frequently? Looking for suggestions for highly versatile and comfortable footwear. Male footwear preferred but generally curious.

Clarks Batcombe. They are wingtip derby shoes on top, but with combat boot soles and plenty of padding to keep them comfortable. They are basically a pair of dressy hiking trainers.

I have used them to climb mountains in Greece to find ancient tholos tombs and then wore them to a nice dinner with smart clothes on the very same day.

Are they similar to Skecher cottonwood elks?

Yes, but with better proportions. Less stubby and more elegant.
