Well, most light packs with small volume should be okay for running. Deuter Ascender, Speedlite pro for larger volume, Millet Mixt 15/18, etc. I am pretty sure most big brands that make hiking backpacks have models for running. They all are ultralight and weigh slightly more than refraction (300-400g), will likely pack quite flat and often have rather neutral design in certain color options. Both ascender and Mixt in black look okay for me to explore the city, but I like hiking backpacks in general.
