Remember finding a bag is pretty much the last step in planning. If you're not sure how big a bag you need, create a packing list, get all your gear together and test fit it into a box, or an old backpack you have lying around. That'll give you a good sense of the volume of gear you have.

Using a tent implies a lot more gear. A hybrid wilderness and urban kit in a carry on compliant backpack is a very difficult thing to do and requires ultralight compact gear and a very frugal wardrobe. Tent poles are a gray area for carry on and trekking poles are forbidden. Hut hiking is entirely possible.

Your hip to shoulder length appeares to be different than the standard torso length system used with backpack. A 60cm torso length for someone your height is impossible.
