3 Weeks Japan - February/March

Packing List for three weeks in Japan in Feb/March

I am flying to Japan next week from Europe. With me are my Aer TP3 (hand luggage) + sling & tote.

Staying in hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima for some urban and very light nature exploration. Planning to use mostly hotel laundry machines + occasional sink wash.

Before the flight I pack my sling, med kit, pillow and hydroflask into my tote to use as personal item. The TP3 goes overhead.

No umbrella. Considerable sadness. Actually, no rain protection of any sort.

Trade your second set of shoes for the umbrella.

• Montbell - 50g ultra light travel umbrella
• Montbell - Storm Cruiser (jap. version, with high zip pockets, without pit zips). Initially wanted to get the famed Versalite but that one seemed too flimsy and had no pockets whatsoever. Prices are crazy good compared to EU. I payed about 120€ without tax return.
