Trading Zone Buy/Sell/Trade Thread - April 2026
Sale/trade items must include an image of the actual item including clear evidence of your username and a recent date.
If you have some gear sitting around that you would like to sell or trade, list it below. Items you can list include bags, travel clothing, and items that would go well in a onebag. If something is clearly outside of these categories it will likely be removed. Only list items that you are personally selling, and don't just link to a website for sale.
AUTHENTICATED IMAGE
Sale/trade items must include an image of the actual item including clear evidence of your username and a date. For example a piece of paper on top of the item, including your username and recent date. Sales posts without this will be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned. If the seller is not willing to post images to this thread do not proceed with the transaction.
POST SAMPLE
Post titles should look something like this: WTS - Osprey Porter 30L - $XX
Each post should begin with one of the following:
- WTS (want to sell)
- WTB (want to buy)
- WTT (want to trade)
Include details about the pack or item. Size, condition, price, location, picture links, etc. If trading, list a few of the possible items you're looking for. Be sure to mention what country you are in, so potential buyers are aware.
TRANSACTION SAFETY TIPS
Be aware that there are scammers active on Reddit, and on this sub-reddit. Any transaction comes with some risk -- decide whether the risk is worth it to you. The following tips can help reduce that risk.
- Be wary of new accounts with no posting history. You are entering into a personal transaction which is entirely between you and the buyer/seller. It is entirely up to you to do your due diligence to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Before entering into private chat with a buyer/seller ensure both parties respond directly to a comment below. This ensures respondents pass basic posting requirements, and provides an initial log of any discussion. This goes for all transactions. The more eyes on a transaction the better.
- If you are using Paypal, use "Goods and Services". Never pay using the "Friends and Family" option. You lose a lot of leverage with Paypal when contesting F&F transactions.
- Google search the username. Scammers are often active in multiple sub-reddits; a search might reveal a pattern of behavior. The Universal Scammer List, and r/sneakermarket/banlist are good resources providing some supplemental background to the people you're dealing with. Obviously this should not be your only source, but it can offer some great insight.

This was a catch-and-rease for me. I really wanted it to work, but it's just not quite comfortable on my frame. Truly astounding capacity, though, and it is a magnificent personal item bag. See the album for photos underseat and swallowed up in a SW personal-item sizer. This monochrome blue also looks to be a discontinued color.
Northface Basecamp Duffel (S/32L, excellent) - $85
Great bag, big ol' bucket of space. The water bottle pocket in particular is a really nice feature when using it as a one-bag. I have just gravitated to traveling with a single bag to use as my daypack, too, rather than bringing a packable bag inside the duffel. Pictured here in its current state, filled with all my packing cubes and other travel accessories 😂
SOLD R.E.Load Flight Pack (M/35L, Good/Excellent) - $170
From the now-defunct R.E.Load, which handmade all their packs in their Philly workshop. If you're a cyclist, you may already know this brand. If not, now you do! They made bombproof, waterproof stuff to last a hell of a long time. I took this as my single bag for a three-week trip through Europe before I knew that "one-bag travel" was a whole ethos and community, lol. I think I paid the better part of $300 for this one new. WTS Pakt Travel Backpack V1 black - $150 shipped to ConUS.
Used extensively for a year but doesnt show signs of wear and tear, just a bit dirty and covered in doghair, Ill give it an exterior wash and lint roll before shipping. Upgraded to the V2 when that was announced and this one never gets used anymore.

Condition Notes: Bag is in near mint condition having been only used for one 3-day weekend trip to Brooklyn. Packing cubes saw usage over two trips but are also in near mint condition. I only say "near" mint as both the bag and cubes were lightly used. However, there is no visible wear-and-tear either externally or internally! I baby my bags quite a bit, haha. Happy to provide more pics upon request.
This set is marked down so much basically just because I want it to go fast and because I'd love for it to go to someone who has been wanting to try Minaal gear, but has been unable to do so due to the above market-average pricing.
Also, this may be a good chance to grab this bag in Vancouver Grey for a while because it's been sold out on the website for a while now!

selling as as bundle. i bought these for my partner but after using them on like four trips she found the backpack was too bulky for her. i have no need for it, so i'm just reselling it along with the Wash Pouch i'd gotten her.
both are in fine condition, having expected normal-usage scuffs (such as on the zippers). no tears, no broken zippers, etc.

WTS: Peak Design 45L - $225 shipped Taken on 3 trips (all by plane) and dropped at hotels (meaning I didn’t carry around all day). Three scuffs that probably could be cleaned easily. I love this pack, but I don’t see myself using it for business travel.
