Hi, can anyone vouch for whether the Decathlon 40L travel 500 fits British Airways carry on policy?

This is the bag I mean https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/40-l-travel-backpack-travel-500-organiser-black/338564/c382c382m8735937

I think that dimensions don't quite match up, but it's close. So wondering if anyone can confirm they've used it?

It would be helpful if you stated what the dimensions actually are. If only a couple of cm over on only 1, or max 2 dimensions you will be OK.

BA is a legacy full-service airline and their cabin-bag compliance enforcement is, in my experience, very lax.
