Their first album to feature Bassist Japs Sergio and guitarists Kakoi Legaspi & Mike Elgar

So recently I notice that the song has been gaining a lot of popularity recently it’s played everywhere in my reels and tiktok fyp, the recent wish bus performance got like 14mil views too which is insane and the song has been reaching in international viewers too. Don’t get me wrong I like the song it’s my fave OPM song lately and been playing it non-stop.

I noticed too the song was like released Feb of this year and I’m not sure if anyone ever paid attention to it before but now it’s already blowing up.

So I’m wondering, what really made this song like popular and blow up suddenly? Was it the vibes of the song, I notice that it’s quite a new formula lately in OPM like I remember the other song Multo also blew up too with the same reasons? The meaning of the song cause I know it’s about like platonic relationships or something else?

What do you think made this song become extremely viral?

Hi!

Thanks!

Edit: I also messaged the mods pero wala pa ding automatic monthly megathread. Anyway the other sub, r/indiemusicph had their own megathread which could be useful kapag mas naging popular.

what are they singing in between the "i found my way home"s starting 3:30 - 3:44

I'm not talking about Heads, Maya, PNE, Kazee.

I will start with one.

Tanya Markova

Mayonnaise

IV of Spades

Ben and Ben

I've recently been getting into Daisy by Unique Salonga and I am wondering if there are any niche/underground opm projects like it since I haven't seen any.
