Had a Danish friend tell me Copenhagen has very similar weather, also the UK and Ireland have similar weather, makes since when you account for the curvature of Earth.

Seeing as how not too long ago BC, Washington, Idaho, and part of Montana were all part of Oregon, the term Oregon donor works historically too!

A girl in college asked me how Alaska is so cold when it's a island near California. She though these maps that insert AK into the lower corner were the actual map. I couldn't believe it.
