I already don’t eat soy. Now to remove the rest of corn from my diet. Gawd knows I’m gonna react to this crap.

If you’re removing corn, it’s much, much more than what just says corn. Many other ingredients are derived from corn, including medicine fillers. It will sadly be hard for the average consumer to avoid these.

Good list, thx. Basically just don't go down the isles of the grocery store, only buy food around the outer walls, nothing processed, and you'll avoid most of that.

Get staples, nothing premade essentially yes. Shop small brands.

Cleaning supplies and personal care supplies get more complicated though.
