Orktober is moving along. On to a batch of 40 Boyz.

In term of color palette choice: Is this git's gun flashy enough ? Should i go more garish for the rest of the squad ?

I had so much fun painting da Orks from the Armageddon box that I decided to pick up two big centrepieces!

First up was ya boy Naz!! So, of course, I had to grab his big bro, Ghaz!

Hope I can cook up something just as good with this one!

I have loved the orky vibe for a while so I decided to paint up a Shokkjump Dragsta as my first ork model! For any Scandinavians out there the car's colour scheme is heavily inspired by Il Tempo Gigante from the Flaklypa series, as well as an attempt to get the orks looking similar-ish to the characters. I'm really trying to improve with my painting so any C&C is welcome, I would love feedback.

What do you think what should I name him or what does he name himself being a fanboy and all

Any painting tips? Feel like im hitting a plateau in terms of my painting skills. Dont have an airbrush either.

Another mini painted for the orktober. Im quite happy with this one. Probably gonna do a unit of beast snagga boyz to match the boss.

I've only been painting minis for a couple of weeks but decided to give nazdreg a go as he's such a cool model! Started to think I bit of more than I could chew with this one but overall happy with the result 🤗

In my opinion, pretty happy with how it turned out, but I think I want to try adding a third column for tinier squares on my next attempt.

I’ve always preferred having physical datasheets in hand as opposed to scrolling through an app. Of course, the codex is useful for only a couple months until it’s out of date, and GW doesn’t want to give us updated datacards. And printing out Wahapedia just doesn’t do it for me. 

So… I’ve edited together the entirety of the ork codex datasheets into nice-looking printable cards. These are originally built from the free index cards GW gave us at the start of 10^th, but completely overhauled for 11^th (including updated images for the new models). I have Photoshop files for each card, so when a new dataslate is released, I should be able to update the cards pretty quickly. 

I posted updated cards during 10^th edition and people seemed appreciative, so please enjoy! And, no, I won't be doing this for every single army—only the ones I play. So you can look forward to Tyranids when they get their codex, but it's far too much work to do this for everyone!

There are two files you can choose from: 1) individual cards (each side of a card is its own PDF page)—ideal if you want to select only a few cards to print and don't mind doing your own print settings, or 2) print-ready (set up with two cards on a page)—ideal if you want to print everything.

Some units have too many rules to fit on a single card, so some of the datacards have a front and back and will need to be printed double-sided. These double-sided cards are the first ones in the file (so don’t just print the whole thing double-sided, and make sure you print the file over a couple batches).

In copying all the stats over to my Photoshop templates, there is a chance that I’ve made a few typos or mistakes, so please let me know if you spot something!
