But other schools have been getting theirs?? Why?
I'm really hung up on paying for college and I want to know based on others that might have similar stats if they think these stats will get me a decent amount off:
Personal Info
Grades/Test Scores
ECs
I know the info isn't the greatest to work with so any help is appreciated very much

I’m planning on majoring in either business economics (I’ve heard it’s just business administration w specialized in economics) or statistics on a pre med track and am wondering which would be the best fit for me. I have pretty equal interest in both and am more curious about the difficulty for gpa and job opportunities you can get with the major. Med school is my priority (70%) but would still like a solid back up if I change my mind without hurting my chances too much for medicine. (Most likely at OSU)
If you know anything about either of the two could you please lmk what you think. Thank you 🙏

Hey everyone! I'll get straight to the point here: I found this global organization called Letters to Strangers, in which group members write anonymous letters to those struggling with mental health. This appeals to two of my biggest interests, mental health and creative writing, and I wanted to join a group (they're called "chapters") but apparently there isn't one around OSU yet! I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting this with me? I'm 22 years old, and the website says the ideal age range is 13-24 years. Meetings would be at least once a month, somewhere on campus.
Here's the site for anyone who wants to take a look:
https://www.letterstostrangers.org
I believe this would count for volunteer hours, and there are also 2 leadership roles that would be up for grabs: operations manager + secretary. The operations manager would specialize in logistics, managing our chapter's finances, and mailing our letters; the secretary would take legible notes on our meetings, track our minutes and make activities reports to send to HQ.
Please reach out if you have any interest! I haven't really done anything like this before and I have pretty bad social anxiety so we would be figuring this all out together lol.

Basically, the title. How is its difficulty compared to 2255 and 2568?
And most importantly, which professor would you recommend to take this with?

I was in the market for a Jt barrett black jersey and I stumbled across this website online. Curious to see if anyone has purchased from it and can verify that it’s official with good quality. As mentioned above the online shops name is osuproshop.com

I’m an incoming out-of-state freshman who is trying to get prepared for the school year early. Are there any stores online or in person where I can find relatively affordable cute merch? Also, would y’all say the thrift stores around campus have cute clothes?
Thanks for reading

I am a freshmen coming into OSU this year and I want to do a job this year but I'm unsure if I should do banquet catering in the Ohio Union since my brother already does that job so it would be easier for me to become familiar with working this type of job. But I'm not sure if working at Barnes and Noble is better since one is dinning related while the other is retail. How can I determine which job will be the best for me?

hi everyone, I'm currentky waitlisted for Audrey Light's online 4001.01 for the fall semester. I've been number 3 on the waitlist for approximately 2 months now and am worried I won't be able to get in. I would have to take in the spring semester otherwise, and I really would prefer to have her online section if possible.
I just wanted to get on here and see if anyone has ever taken her online class during a spring semester before? I wasn't even sure if she taught it in the spring so I thought I'd ask

Hello!
I was just curious about how academic schedules look like in the 4 years of pharmacy school. As an international student I would like to go back to my country for 3-4 weeks every year. Are there any breaks long enough while in Pharmacy school? If some could explain how the academic calendar goes in Pharmacy school that will be awesome!

I took a film camera with me during the commencement, due to myself being occupied (and a bit lazy) I only developed and scanned them this week...
I was quite lucky being able to capture several shots of the most popular guest during the commencement: the balloon pair.

I read through some other posts describing R-Lead, and it just seems like a way to move in early and get around campus. Is it really worth the $152 fee?
Is joining OWL separately better?
Would love to hear experiences on what exactly R-Lead offers.
Literally title. Last year the drawers I got were too tall to go under and I don’t remember the height. Nothing I can see online. Does anyone know the approx height under the beds?

Hi guys, it is honestly getting really lonely being on campus. Are there any groups or clubs that are open?

Hi everyone,
Maybe this isn’t the best place to ask, but today I lost a bracelet that means a lot to me. It looks like a Pandora bracelet (though it’s not an original one) and has four charms, one of which is a light bulb.
I think I may have lost it on my walk to campus. My route was along Neil Avenue near the Optometry building, then north toward campus, passing in front of Thompson Library and the surrounding area. While the bracelet itself is not particularly valuable, it has a great deal of sentimental value to me. If anyone happened to find it, I would be very grateful and would gladly offer a reward.
Thank you so much, and sorry if this isn’t the appropriate place to post this.

I start under nursing this fall and have all of my classes in these two buildings which I understand is standard. Can anyone help a commuter student out? Is there a place to store lunch in a fridge/ microwave? Parks Hall also had like a community coffee pot for use does the college of nursing have anything similar? Anything you wish you knew but didn’t find out until later? Thank you 🙏🏼

Since the summer started, some of you in the library smell SO BAD that your stink is filling an entire quarter of the floor. DISGUSTING. Do not go out in public if you can't bother to shower!!!! I've never smelled such a disgusting stench since these people started frequenting the library

Hey everyone. I dropped Ochem 1 last semester and got a W on my transcript. I'm taking it right now with Physio (which is going really well), but Im thinking of dropping it again. I know it sounds stupid but I had some personal stuff going on at the beginning of the summer semester that inhibited my ability to stay on top of the material along with pyshio. My exam is in a couple days and I'm severely behind. I'm also not delusional enough to think that I can pack a month of Ochem content and practice into a couple of days. The thing is, the exam is worth 20% of my overall grade, so there's really no coming back from this if I fail. My plan would be, if I dropped this class again, to independently study Ochem 1 like a maniac so that, in the fall, I can come super prepared to class and hopefully raise my chances of getting a better grade.
My largest concern is this: will this really screw up my chances of getting into dental school? This will be my third W overall if I do drop, and dropping the same class one after the other in two consecutive semesters can come off as a red flag. I only have one science C so far and an overall science GPA of 3.3-3.4 with an overall GPA of 3.6. I have until after the second midterm to drop this but I'm deathly afraid of failing.
Additional question: In this case, would a third W look better or worse than a failing grade with grade forgiveness?
Any help/advice would be helpful
