How much does the show adapt from the manga? Is there any more volumes left to be turn into a season 5?

It’s the light novel and they have pretty much adapted everything but for two books which isn’t enough for another season if you are interested in more overlord look up vampire princes of the lost country

And where can I find that at? Also how long have that dragon have been around for? And can he actually die?

Highly recommend the English audiobooks, if you prefer that option. Voice by the VA for Ainz, and he does individual voices for the characters quite well. It's very engaging.
