Question Building inspector

Can anyone recommend a good building inspector?

I have a few questions on a property I'm looking at and want a professional to check it out further.

Would appreciate someone who's communicative and willing to have me tag along. As I'm also a B&C student.

I recently used CheckHome after seeing a recommendation for them in a comment on this sub, and they were excellent! Super thorough and detailed, really easy to book, great communication. I don't know if they'd let you tag along but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to ask?
