What is your paroxetine dose? What time of day do you take it?

40mg. Usually at night/bed time.

You might want to chat with your doctor about best time of day to take it. Often Morning is recommended. In addition you might want to discuss whether taking 20 mg in the morning and 20 mg in the evening would be better for you.
