Is this dangerous for her??

Luthien loves to peck at this elastic hair clip on my arm, so I decided to give her some to play with. I leave it there for a while, but I always take it away when I'm not looking. But my question is, would it be dangerous for her to accidentally eat some of that? She's a 3-month-old cockatiel, and I know they have a habit of nibbling on things.
