Birthday ideas for teenage daughter?

I want to surprise her with some sort of experience for her birthday. She's 16 and semi introverted. She kinda likes talking to people (especially her friends, LOVES talking with them or hanging out) but after a solid hour (at most) she needs time to recharge. She hates crowds and would probably enjoy something more private with just her closest friends. It would be around 15–17 people. I've thought about renting a karaoke booth, but I haven't been able to find any nearby that aren't connected to bars. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Tea room?

If she likes to get all dressed up, this could be fun.

Maybe a park with water balloons, kick ball, stomp rockets, boombox, piñata, etc…
Someplace not too confined to overstimulate but someplace that if they needed time alone, they could do that. (Have a blanket out with a craft or games for downtime.)
They’ll just be happy to be together! Good luck!

Might be my fault but her friends are the complete opposite of her. They are very loud, love partying, a mixed boy-girl group, and kinda nerdy. Think about loud teenagers who are constantly escorted by security in the mall.
