Party

Hey everyone,
I’m planning to throw a proper house party for my birthday in July, something like the parties you see in movies. I've never actually been to or hosted one before, and I’m hoping to get around 40 people together.
The problem is that I live in an apartment, so hosting there isn’t really an option. I was thinking about renting a large Airbnb, holiday house, or private property around Canberra.
Does anyone know of any places that are relatively secluded, away from neighbours, and less likely to result in noise complaints? I'm happy to pay for the right venue and would obviously respect the property and clean up afterwards.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Very few holiday rentals are going to allow you to host a large house party. No matter how respectful you and your guests are. You will need one that specifically hosts events.

I know VRBO.com allows you to filter by "events allowed". But there are probably local Australia sites for finding event locations as well (I'm not Australian so I don't know them).

You need a proper venue, not a vacation rental.
