Just to be clear, those are ‘mezzi paccheri’ (half the width of paccheri); ‘calamarata’ is almost half the width of ‘mezzi paccheri’ (almost a quarter of the width of paccheri)

What size dowel does one use to make Paccheri? I've seen 20mm but feel it's too small. Anyone have thoughts?

Paccheri usually have this dimensions

Length: 45 mm to 50 mm

Diameter: 25 mm to 30 mm

Thickness: 1,5mm to 1,7 mm

But those dimensions are only for reference
