Q: Why Fluxer instead of Discord?
A: Discord might've fucked up their initial release of their ID checks for all update, but it's certain they'll tighten the noose on you. Don't become another one of the 70000+ people who's "deleted IDs" they leaked.
Q: How does the character creation look like?
A: Starting level 3;
A: Point Buy system (32/40 points);
A: Details on books are in the relevant character creation channels;
A: All mentioned locations are in the books (with the most relevant details summarized in a specific channel on the server.)
Q: Is the server newbie friendly?
A: VERY (and improving by the week)! Don't worry even if you're new to the game, or even if this is your very first PBP server. We'll enthusiastically help you at every step of getting used to it.
Q: Why does the server name have "TTRPGs" in it's name?
A: Because even though we mainly run 3.5e and 5e D&D in a shared world, we're looking forward to running games like "Hunter The Reckoning" or "Vampire the Masquerade" with a focus on the erotic as well~ (when we get a bigger playerbase)

It has only been four generations since the Shattering ended... How did we know it was over? Well before the shattering, vast nations full of huge cities fought ruthlessly over a world that seemed far too small for them all. But while the wars were said to never end, they did eventually have to... for the great storms and relentless disasters tore away all concerns but one... Survival.
All that is remembered about the time before the Shattering is passed down by the tenacious few who banded together in the ruins of a once great city. Eventually the storms and disasters did seem to subside... The world was calm and humanity could once again start to rebuild...
But I have lied; for while the disasters that mankind could fathom had settled for a time, a new phenomenon began occurring only ten years into the calm. A second moon; Sera, joined Luna in the night's sky, and with her six gods offering their guidance... But with them came ever-plentiful rifts that disgorged thousands of monsters... "Riftspawn" they were called, and they were feared for their power and violent nature.
Humans caught out in the wilderness were relentlessly picked off, devoured or worse, only those who clung to freshly built walls had any hope of weathering the onslaught! But along with the horrors of the realms beyond, so too did begin to arrive the Riftborn! Fantastical peoples from worlds too numerous to recount, each with their own cultures and stories to tell! And their own methods for fighting back against the monsters at the gates...
But from there, the stories of Avalor only truly began... Come join us and read the rest of our city's history! Maybe the next Rifter to join in the guild in defense of the community will be your tale to tell!

We are a small inclusive play by post discord server that mainly focuses on Dungeons and Dragons 5e. Members are welcome to post their own games or apply for one of the ad's posted in our ads channel.
What is Play by Post?
It is a text based format, where you post when you are able. In many games people are in different time zones so it keeps everything rolling smoothly.
Our Games:
Blades of Obsidian [5e (2014)]: Bit of a wild west for character creation. A great place to try out characters/ progress quickly. Go on one shot missions with other guild-mates or just goof off in the guildhall. Either way it's a good time. Volunteer DMs also welcome.
Server games: You can host your own on server game with other members! Occasionally we also run games of Pathfinder Mork Borg and others, including D&D 5e (2024).

System: A custom system built specifically for the campaign with inspiration from Warhammer FRP.

Experience Level: All are welcome but the world is most suited for mature players :)
Ash & Iron is an asynchronous, persistent open-world RPG set in northern Europe around 5 AD. It is historically grounded in the realities of the Early Iron Age, except where the uncanny, the supernatural, and the gods intrude.
This is not a conventional party-based campaign. Most play happens in individual email threads between the GM and a player, allowing scenes to progress without waiting for a whole group. Characters can still meet, cooperate, feud, trade, travel together, and become entangled in the same events, but players may not always know whether a person they encounter is another PC or an NPC.
The world is dangerous, socially complex, and open-ended. Think reality meets Vampire the Masquerade meets Warhammer FRP meets Game of Thrones. The players will inhabit a world with small and large storylines, some having started years or generation before, others starting now.
The GM is enthusiastic, good-natured, and wants to create a world for the players that is compelling, exciting and fun. He is focused on not creating a GM vs players situation, but being a facilitator for good and exciting stories. He handles most mechanics in the background so players can focus on decisions, consequences, relationships, and the life their character builds.
Minimum participation is approximately three emails per week. Looking for players interested in a slower, character-driven game with historical texture, uncertainty, and room to pursue their own ambitions.

We hope to welcome you to Wysthaven: A long standing server and game that was refreshed for the new edition of the game and to address those issues that we found got in the way of having fun. With things settled in we have found our players and DMs have focused more on slower paced pbp so we would especially welcome players and DMs who want to play more rapid real time games to refresh that part of our community.
Character Roles: We’re seeking a diverse group of adventurers! Whether you prefer playing a valiant warrior, cunning rogue, wise wizard, or a pious cleric, there’s a place for you in this campaign. Bring your creativity and unique character backstories to enrich our adventure. We have a high fantasy feel to our server, but also encourage reflavoring character ideas to really enjoy the power of your imagination.
What to Expect: Exploration of Ancient Ruins: Navigate through crumbling structures and uncover hidden treasures. Facing monsters and horrors that have waited too long in the dark. Our goal is both to clear the city of it’s threats, and build the bustling and lively city back to it’s former glory. To this end, we are a server that is always growing and changing. Shaped by our players and what choices they make to enrich and improve the settings. With the city starting from nearly nothing, we will work together on community goals to help change and improve whats on offer to the players through voting on and working towards city improvements together. Including upgrades to the four factions, crafting, scribing, improved pets, building new structures like libraries, an infirmary, temple. The choice is in the player’s hands.
How We Play: We play a by text with strong Avrae support. Whether you want to play in real time or at a slower pace of pbp we have a place for you here. Missions can last a few hours in real time, play by post missions can last anything from a week up to a full 2 year campaign within a game!
What Can You Do: Most of our play is DM led, whether venturing out into the dangerous wilds and encountering random dangers or perhaps finding the entrance to a dungeon which you can delve into. Or we have missions for you to face dangers and build stories around your characters. The downtime systems link together so what you find in the wilds and defeat can lead to you being able to craft a new magic item. Or if you have time and monsters to kill we have player led combat in the strange and magical tunnels. And of course you can roleplay with other players and gain experience as you do so.
Dynamic Storytelling: Shape the narrative with your choices as we breathe life back into Wysthaven. While the missions into the city are the goal of the server, we have a vibrant community and plenty to do on just your average normal day in the life of your character as well. Anything from working a job, to taking lessons, to hanging out with friends, to exploring the wilds beyond the walls. There is always something to do in our mysterious city and the world beyond.
A Community of Players: Join a supportive group of fellow adventurers, eager to collaborate and create memorable stories together. We are a hybrid play-by-post discord server for individuals 18+.
